Felina Danalis Palm Springs Somatics Coaching

About Felina

Felina Danalis, M.A., S.E.P. (she/her) helps high-achievers and mission-driven organizations embody their power through trauma-informed somatic coaching.

Her path to this work began with a breaking-open moment: witnessing a traumatic car bombing while serving as a diplomat for the European Union in the Balkans. That experience revealed what her body had been trying to tell her—that meaningful change requires more than strategy or willpower. It requires regulation, resilience, and the courage to listen.

A multilingual child of immigrants, Felina has spent over a decade building a global coaching practice rooted in embodied wisdom. She works with individuals and organizations navigating stress, anxiety, and trauma in culturally-sensitive, body-based ways. Her clients range from Yale University and Planned Parenthood to the World Bank, the Betty Ford Center, Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, UC Irvine Medical School, Google, and The Golden Door.

Felina holds degrees from Georgetown and Johns Hopkins universities, is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Trauma of Money Practitioner, and co-authored a book on socially responsible investing. Her work bridges personal healing and systemic change—because she believes well-regulated nervous systems create healthier relationships, workplaces, and communities.

Based in Palm Springs, she integrates her values of sustainability and holism into daily life—cooking organic Greek food, hiking the desert, and pondering the big questions of life, meaning, and purpose. Her practice, Palm Springs Somatics, is designed for people ready to feel grounded, heal deep, and lead well.

A note from Felina: This work chose me as much as I chose it. If you're finally ready to embody your power for the benefit of all, I'd be honored to support you.

Mission & Vision

Our mission is to help high-achievers feel grounded, heal deep, and lead well through trauma-informed somatic coaching. You carry stress in your body—tension, old patterns, nervous system dysregulation that thinking alone can't resolve. We help you restore regulation, build resilience, and reclaim ease. This isn't massage or talk therapy. It's body-based nervous system work that helps you release what you've been holding.

We envision a world rooted in embodied wisdom—where people move through life with resilience, connection, and authenticity. When individuals have well-regulated nervous systems, they embody their power to create healthier relationships, workplaces, and communities. Our broader vision is a ripple effect—personal healing that supports the social, economic, and environmental changes crucial to our world. Through this work, meaningful change becomes sustainable and humane, starting with one grounded person at a time.

Values

Embodied Wisdom. The body's intelligence guides the work. True change comes from listening, not forcing—in sessions and in how this business operates.

Integrity. Clear boundaries matter. Collaboration with other practitioners strengthens care. People are whole, integrated selves—not problems to fix or bodies separate from minds.

Sustainability. Work designed for long-term restoration—yours, ours, the world's. Personal healing and planetary health are inseparable. No pressure. No burnout. Just steady care that honors all systems.
